No. We do not sell graphics, we sell finished logo designs. Removing graphics from logos to re-use, re-sell, or use for profit is absolutely prohibited and is against our terms. Inquire prior to purchase for any graphic purchases.

As all items are personalized with your specifications, it is your responsibility to proof all designs provided to you. Once we receive your approval we process your order and send it to you. Any changes to a proof must be provided prior to approval. Any changes to previously approved designs will require an additional design fee.

All of our DIY options have a sample link in the listing details to try it before you buy it.

Please note that due to the increasing amount of abandoned orders, we will no longer issue a cancellation if you make a purchase and refuse to communicate with us. It is your responsibility to approve the proofing we provide you.

All files that I personalize for you are emailed to you. If you have purchased a DIY logo your personalization link is emailed to you.

As our policy states, any cancellations must be placed within an hour of purchase. Refunds will not be made on orders where a cancellation was requested exceeding one hour of purchase time. We cannot issue a refund because you changed your mind. We have done our job and put the work into your order. If you are on the fence about a design, we have options in place to sample designs to see which works best. There is no reason to be confused about what you purchased. We are not responsible if you did not read the listing details of an item you purchase. We recommend ALWAYS reading the details on any purchase you make, from our shop or someone else's.

All instant download, DIY, products are non-refundable.

There is no reason to ever use this phrase. Each listing in my shop has a thorough and detailed description of each listing, down to what parts are/are not editable for each design. I am not responsible if you did not take the time to read what it was you were purchasing. I cannot refund you because you were irresponsible. You, as the customer, are responsible for your own actions.
